Hello,
Is it permissible to brush teeth on Shabbat after the time for eating chametz? Without toothpaste, of course... And is dental floss allowed if it seems that no blood will come out at all?

It is permissible to brush without toothpaste.
If one is not sensitive to bleeding from the teeth, it is permissible to use dental floss.
