Chocolate Containing Chametz That Passed Through Pesach

Question

I bought a package of chocolate (a mixture containing chametz) weighing 152 grams, which contains 8% chametz — meaning 12.16 grams of chametz. Is this amount considered a kezayit with regard to chametz that passed through Pesach, or is there no kezayit measure here?

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah.

Any chametz that became mixed before Pesach, and the mixture did not contain sixty parts of permitted substance against it, is forbidden.
