Is it permissible for Sephardim to get a haircut on Lag BaOmer when it falls on a Friday?

Hello,

It is permissible for Sephardim to get a haircut this year on Friday - Lag BaOmer, in honor of Shabbat.

[Although in other years, they are permitted to get a haircut only from the 34th day of the Omer].
