Music on Lag BaOmer

For those who are stringent about not listening to music until Rosh Chodesh Sivan, is it permissible to play and listen to songs on Lag BaOmer itself, and what is the ruling regarding the night of Lag BaOmer?

On the night of Lag BaOmer, it is permissible to listen to music in honor of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai.

And on Lag BaOmer day, it is permissible to listen to music for other needs as well.
