Buying Jewelry on Chol HaMoed

Is it permitted to order or buy jewelry in honor of the holiday on Chol HaMoed?

It is permitted to buy it, since it is for the needs of the holiday itself.
However, one must buy from a store that is open in accordance with halacha, meaning not in the usual manner—but rather only partially open, and in a way that is recognizable as a change.
