Short Mincha on Hanukkah

Question

Those who pray a short Mincha in the repetition of the Shaliach Tzibur, should they pray the repetition as usual on Hanukkah to say 'Al HaNissim' in the repetition?

Answer

This is not strictly observed even on Hanukkah
