Time for Reciting 'Hanerot Halalu'

When is 'Hanerot Halalu' recited?

Answer

After lighting the first candle and removing the hand from the flame, one begins to recite the prayer 'Hanerot Halalu'. However, some say that 'Hanerot Halalu' should not be recited until all the candles are lit, to avoid an interruption between the blessing and the lighting of all the candles.
