Staying in a Hotel on the Eve of Hanukkah
Question
I am staying in a hotel, and today I will return home late in the evening. Can I light the candles at home then?
Answer
If it is possible to light in the hotel or appoint an emissary to light at your home, it is preferable. If it is not possible, light at your home even late, until dawn.
