Traveling to the Sea on the 20th of Sivan
Question
Is it permissible to travel to the sea on this Friday, which falls on the 20th of Sivan?

According to the Polish custom, this is a day of public fasting, and according to this custom, it is certainly not a day for enjoyment.
However, according to the custom of other communities, who do not observe this fast, there is no prohibition.
