Eating on the Night Before the Fast

Question

A person who regularly gets up before dawn and eats, on the night before the fast, gets up similarly. Is he allowed to eat only if he made a condition, or can he eat even if he did not make a condition?

Answer

Since this is his regular practice, it is considered as if he made a condition.
