Ate Before Dawn on the Night of the Fast Without Condition

Question

Did not make a condition before sleeping on a public fast, and got up before dawn and ate prohibited food, should he say 'Anenu'?

Answer

He says 'Anenu', and it is also permitted for him to be a shaliach tzibur and to be called to the Torah.
