Priestly Blessing for Those Who Do Not Fast
Question
A Kohen who does not fast (for medical reasons), is he allowed to ascend the platform for the Priestly Blessing at Mincha on Tisha B'Av?
Answer
He does not ascend the platform.
And he must leave before the chazzan reaches the blessing of 'Retze'.
