Fast of the 10th of Tevet - Dizziness
Question
A woman who feels dizzy during the fast, if she lies in bed she can get through the fast, should she fast since she is actually unable to function?

Hello,
If she is weak to the extent that she needs to lie in bed, she is considered 'ill' and is exempt from fasting.
If she is healthy but finds it difficult to fast, she should rest and seek help so that she can complete the fast.
