When a migraine attack begins, is it permitted to take Optalgin drops during a fast?

It is permitted to take medicinal drops during a fast; this is not considered eating or drinking.
If the migraine continues and it weakens you to the point of general weakness throughout the body, you are permitted to eat and drink.
