Music after Lag BaOmer

Is it permissible for Ashkenazim in Israel to listen to music after Lag BaOmer?

The custom of the Ashkenazim is to refrain from listening to music until Rosh Chodesh Sivan.

And even until Rosh Chodesh Iyar and from Rosh Chodesh Sivan until Shavuot [for those who have the custom to cut hair], there is a question whether to be lenient regarding dances and celebrations.
