Employee Listening to Music
Question
Is it permissible for an employee who listens to music after Lag BaOmer (Sephardic tradition) to play songs loudly enough for the other employee (Ashkenazi tradition) sitting next to her to hear as well?

It is permissible for someone who is accustomed to listening to play music.
And it is permissible for her friend, who is accustomed not to listen, to be there.
