A child who turns three years old during the days of the Omer — is it permissible to cut his hair during the Omer?
Answer
According to the basic law, it is permissible to cut the hair of young children who have reached the age of three during the days of the Omer, but it is customary to wait and cut it on Lag BaOmer.
