Car Cleaning During the Three Weeks

Is it permitted to have a professional car cleaning during the Three Weeks?

Answer

Shalom Rav,

There is no prohibition against this, and we should not impose our own decrees.

However, if it brings you particular joy, it is advisable to refrain from Rosh Chodesh Av until the Ninth of Av.
