Buying an Digital Piano During the Three Weeks

Is it permissible to buy a digital piano during the Three Weeks?

An expensive digital piano that brings joy to the buyer requires the blessing 'Shehechiyanu', and therefore it should not be purchased during the days of Bein HaMetzarim.
A simple digital piano that does not bring much joy is permissible to buy.
