Music During Bein HaMetzarim for Gymnastics Training

Hello and blessings,
I teach gymnastics to groups of women. I need music for aerobics and for the class.
It is very difficult to find a suitable rhythm in vocal music. In the years when I played vocal music, the women worked at about 50%, because it did not suit the level of the class or the style of the exercises.
Is regular music permitted during the Three Weeks until Rosh Chodesh Av?
P.S. Not including the Nine Days.
