Haircut on the Saturday Night of the Postponed 17th of Tammuz

Question

This year (5782), when the 17th of Tammuz falls on Shabbat and the fast is postponed to Sunday, is it permissible to get a haircut on Saturday night or only before Shabbat?

Answer

One may only get a haircut until Friday
