Shaping Eyebrows During Bein HaMetzarim

Question

Is it permitted to shape eyebrows, that is, to pluck them, after the 17th of Tammuz before Rosh Chodesh Av?

Answer

Shalom u’vracha 

The ruling of our teacher, Rabbi Amram Fried shlita, is to be stringent regarding shaping eyebrows as with taking a haircut, from the 17th of Tammuz. 

However, some are lenient for girls of shidduchim age, and for married women.
