Washing Hands with Sea Water

Question

How can one wash hands for a meal with sea water?

Answer

One should immerse their hands in the sea, but should not wash their hands using a vessel with sea water. The blessing is recited as usual: 'al netilat yadayim', not 'al tevilat yadayim'.
