Washing Hands with 3-Second Glue

Question

If 3-second glue is stuck on one's hand, does it constitute a barrier for washing hands?

Answer

If it does not disturb, it is not a barrier. If it does disturb, one should try to remove it, and if unable, should eat with gloves.
