Netilat Yadayim While Traveling Without Place to Pour

If one is traveling on a journey that is longer than 72 and he has water, however, he has no where to pour it, may one be lenient and rely on wrapping his hands?

Since you have water with you, there are a few options available.
If you are traveling by bus for example, you could wash a revi'it of water over each hand, over the dustbin in the bus.
Or if you are traveling by car, you can stop at a safe place, open the door, and wash your hands there.
In a case that there are no other options available, and your journey will be for more than 72 minutes, you may wrap your hands and then eat bread.
