Sleeping with Tallit Katan

Question

According to Halacha, is it necessary to sleep with the Tallit Katan?

Answer

According to the Rema, one sleeps without the Tallit Katan, while those who follow the Arizal's opinion sleep with the Tallit Katan. Each person should follow the custom of their ancestors.
