Blessing on Trying on a Tallit

Hello, When a person tries on a tallit in a store, do they need to recite a blessing?

Answer

Hello 

There is no need to recite a blessing when putting on a tallit for the purpose of trying it on.

Since the tallit does not belong to him, nor is it lent to him for use.
