Blessing on the Chazzan's Tallit
Question
A young man who leads the morning prayer as a chazzan, should he recite a blessing on the congregation's tallit?
Answer
If he wears it out of respect, he does not recite a blessing, but he can wear it as a garment and then recite a blessing.
