Confession after 'Yihyu L'ratzon'

Hello, in the Amidah prayer after the second 'Yihyu L'ratzon', in personal requests - is a person allowed to confess a sin and ask for forgiveness?

Hello 

After 'Yihyu L'ratzon', one can say any request, including confession.
