Tashlumin Prayer Not in Succession
Question
If one is obligated in Tashlumin for Maariv and prays not immediately after Shacharit, what is his status?
Answer
He should complete it and make a condition for a voluntary prayer, that if he is not obligated in Tashlumin, it will be a voluntary prayer.
