Eating during the Twilight of Rosh Chodesh

If someone eats bread on the eve of Rosh Chodesh, and the kezayit was eaten during twilight and not after the appearance of the stars, should 'Yaaleh Veyavo' be mentioned in Birkat Hamazon?
