Saying 'Kohanim' with a Young Kohen
Question
In a synagogue where two Kohanim ascend the platform, one adult and one young, should 'Kohanim' be said before the blessing?

According to Halacha, 'Kohanim' should not be said if there are not two Kohanim above the age of mitzvot.
