Intent during Birkat Kohanim
Question
Why are there halachot according to which Kohanim who may distract the congregation do not go up for Birkat Kohanim? Is there a special intention that one must have in mind during Birkat Kohanim?

The poskim did not mention any specific intention, and wrote only that they should not divert their attention from listening to the blessing.
