Birkat Kohanim after sunset
Question
At Minchah ketanah at the end of Tzom Gedaliah, we reached the end of the chazzan’s repetition two minutes after sunset. Is it permissible to recite Birkat Kohanim?
Answer
Shalom u'vrachah
Birkat Kohanim is recited only during the day.
Therefore, Birkat Kohanim is not performed after sunset.

And even if it is during bein hashmashot, this requires examination, for it is juxtaposed to the Temple service, and for the Temple service we require specifically full daylight.
