Washing Hands Before the Priestly Blessing
Question
Shalom u’vrachah
Regarding washing the hands before the Priestly Blessing: does one need to pour water three times, or is one time sufficient?
A practical implication would be regarding Yom Kippur: is there a prohibition against pouring more than once?
Thank you very much

One washing is sufficient.
If someone has the custom to wash three times, he may wash according to his custom even on Yom Kippur, since he is not washing for pleasure but for the sake of a mitzvah.
