Answer
First paragraph: from “שמע ישראל” (“Hear, O Israel”) until “ביתך ובשעריך” (“your house and in your gates”).
Second paragraph: from “והיה אם שמוע” (“And it shall be, if you surely listen”) until “כימי השמים על הארץ” (“as the days of the heavens above the earth”).
Third paragraph: from “ויאמר” (“And He said”) until “אני ה' אלוקיכם” (“I am the Lord your God”).
