Conclusion of the Blessing 'Ga'al Yisrael'

What should the chazan practically do in the blessing of Ga'al Yisrael during Shacharit, should he conclude quietly as per custom or aloud?

Although the main halacha is to conclude aloud and answer Amen, this is not the custom. Therefore, he should conclude quietly as per the custom.
