Omission in the Blessings of the Shema

Question

If one omitted in the blessing before the Amidah from 'Mi Kamocha' to the end of the blessing, does he need to go back and say the blessing?

Answer

If one did not omit from the text of the blessing 'Baruch Atah Hashem Ga'al Yisrael', he does not need to go back and say it even after Shacharit.
