Morning Prayer for Women
Question
Two questions regarding a woman's morning prayer:
1. Is a woman allowed to recite the blessings of the Shema after the prayer time? If not, does she only recite the passages?
2. If a woman is traveling to work and can either pray the Amidah sitting or pray after the prayer time, which is preferable?

Hello,
1. If she did not pray due to unavoidable circumstances, she can recite the blessings until midday.
2. She should pray sitting during the prayer time and not delay.
