Mistake in Pronunciation of Reading

He read the Torah and said 'mefik ha' in a word that does not have 'mefik ha', for example, in the verse 'va'asra asher asra al nafsha' he said 'asra' with 'mefik ha'. Did he fulfill his obligation?
