The Torah Scroll during the Blessing of the New Month
Question
On the Shabbat when the new month is blessed, does the person who lifts the Torah scroll and holds it during the Haftarah and the blessings need to stand during the recitation of “Yehi Ratzon,” before handing over the scroll at “Mi She’asah Nissim”?

The person holding the Torah scroll does not stand during the recitation of “Yehi Ratzon.”
