Calling a Son to the Torah After His Father

Question

May a father and son be called to the Torah when the father receives the last aliyah and the son is called for maftir?

Answer

Shalom u’vracha.

This is also included in the prohibition.

Only when the maftir is read from a different Torah scroll is there no problem.
