Prayer Formula for a Sick Kohen

Do we add "the Kohen" when praying for a sick Kohen?

Shalom Rav,

We do not mention 'the Kohen' in a prayer for a sick person.

Since it is an honorific title, and in prayer before Hashem, it is considered disrespectful to honor a person. Therefore, honorific titles are not mentioned.
