Traveling before Shacharit
Question
A person who is at night in Meron and wants to return to Bnei Brak before Shacharit. Is he permitted to begin traveling at a time when it is likely that he will arrive before sunrise (netz)?
Answer
If he begins to make his way toward the bus before dawn (alot ha-shachar), he may travel.
