A Mistake in Mentioning Hashem’s Name in Prayer

Question

If a person, at the beginning of the first blessing of the Shemoneh Esrei, said “Blessed are You, G-d of our forefathers…” and skipped “Hashem our G-d,” has he fulfilled his obligation, since he said “G-d of our forefathers”?

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah 

He has fulfilled his obligation.
