Wiping the Nose During Prayer

Hello,
A person is in the Amidah prayer and their nose is running, and they don't have a tissue nearby.
Can they wipe it with their shirt?

I did not understand the sides of the question.
Certainly, it is a very disrespectful behavior to wipe one's nose with a shirt, but there is no specific reason to forbid it during prayer.
