Mincha Prayer on Condition of Voluntary Offering Due to Fear of No Minyan
Question
He doesn't know if he will have Mincha with a congregation and wants to pray now on the condition of a voluntary offering. Is it permissible?
Answer
No, he should wait and see if he will have a minyan. If he sees that the time is passing and he does not have a minyan, he should pray alone.
