Fatigue That Exempts One from Prayer with a Minyan

What level of fatigue exempts one from praying with a minyan? The Mishnah Berurah writes that someone who is very tired and cannot go to pray with a minyan is exempt. What is the practical halachic definition of such fatigue?

This does not refer to every feeling of tiredness that a person naturally experiences at night, but rather to a particular level of fatigue that prevents you from going to pray with a minyan.
Each person, according to his level of yirat Shamayim, should determine what his situation is.
