Minyan via Telephone

Is it possible to join a Selichot minyan via telephone and recite the Thirteen Attributes?

Hello,
It is not possible to join via telephone and recite the Thirteen Attributes,
because the Thirteen Attributes can only be recited in a communal prayer, and the telephone does not connect to a communal prayer.
[There is a merit in praying at the time when the community is praying, but it is not a true communal prayer].
