Shalom, Chaim. I am asking about a prayer attributed to Rabbi Yishmael, not the one in the Korbanot section about the Thirteen Principles. I mean another prayer, possibly Kabbalistic. Is it permitted to recite this prayer during the few hours before sunrise on weekdays?
